Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. All returnable items must be sent back in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed with their tags and labels.
If you have received a defective or damaged item a wrong size or the wrong product please contact us immediately at our Support Center
Steps to contact us:
- Go to our support center and describe the issue in detail (return reason) along with your order number and SKU (product) number. For defective,incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
- We will review your case and offer a solution.
- If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and or an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
- If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can allow a return too. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are not refundable.
Different brands and manufacturers can produce items that have minor size differences. Please ensure that you choose your size based on the size chart below the product description.
Steps to resolve the issue easily and effectively:
Contact us and provide your order number, the problematic product number and state the following elements:
-size you have ordered
-size you have received
-description of the fitting problem (Is it too small or too big?)
We will review your case and offer a solution.
-If we sent you the wrong size: We will either refund you in full or dispatch an item with an alternative size (if applicable).
-If you ordered the wrong size: You can return the product back for a product refund or an exchange. Shipping fees are borne by the customer both ways. We do not provide free shipping label at this time.
We will offer compensation once we received the return product(s), please kindly provide us with all tracking information for the returned package.
Missing items and partial delivery
Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents carefully before signing for the package.
- Contact us and provide clear photographs showing the product packaging (box), the shipping label on the box, your order number and product number.
We will review the case for you.
Atoin ships from different warehouses. In some cases we may have to split your order. So you receive part of your items faster. Please rest assured. If we made a mistake, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
The product is fine but I don't want it anymore
Atoin provides 30 Days Return Warranty after you received your order(s). If you return the item for an exchange or refund, you will have to pay the shipping cost both ways.
We will do our best to help you as long as the returned items are unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. Any product that has been used is automatically disqualified for a return.
Additional notes about Warranty
-All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
-All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
-Unless there is a mistake on our side, we do not accept product return and exchange for the following items: clearance items, discounted items, and all apparel listed under both the lingerie and swimwear categories.
